These Terms of Service ("Terms") are issued by Driftless Authority LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. References to "we," "us," or "Driftless Authority" mean Driftless Authority LLC.

By accessing or using driftlessauthority.com ("Site"), submitting any form on the Site, or engaging Driftless Authority for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems; or (d) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Site without our written permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Descriptions of services on this Site are for informational purposes only. Actual service engagements are governed exclusively by a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) between Driftless Authority and the client. No proposal, email, or website content constitutes a binding service agreement.

Pricing displayed on this Site (including the GBP LaunchPad) is subject to change at any time without notice. The price in your executed SOW governs your engagement.

Submitting an inquiry or audit request form on this Site does not create a service agreement or obligate either party to proceed with an engagement.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Driftless Authority LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

The "Driftless Authority" name, logo, and "Drift Agent" framework are proprietary to Driftless Authority LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants any license to use our trademarks or brand assets.

This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

No results guaranteed. Information on this Site describing potential outcomes (search rankings, leads, revenue) reflects industry data or illustrative examples only. Driftless Authority makes no guarantee of specific results from any service engagement. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control, including third-party platform policies and market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Liability for service engagements is governed by the signed MSA between the parties, not these Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Driftless Authority LLC and its members, officers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

When you submit a form on this Site, we collect your name and email address for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Our services involve third-party platforms including Google, Bing, and Yelp. These platforms operate under their own terms of service and policies, which are subject to change without notice. Driftless Authority has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the policies, availability, or actions of any third-party platform.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked sites.

Driftless Authority uses AI tools in the delivery of certain services, including content drafting, review responses, and reporting. AI-generated outputs are reviewed and curated by Driftless Authority before delivery. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is free from errors, biases, or inaccuracies. Client review and approval of AI-generated content before publication is the client's responsibility.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of La Crosse County, Wisconsin.
